How do I get support when I need it?
Pick up the phone and call us at (618) 288 - 7477. When possible our technicians will access your network remotely and get things back up and running.
If our computers get a virus, will you fix it?
We’ve had good success in removing viruses and restoring systems to good working order. As the old saying goes, an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. With blocking, firewalls and antivirus we take strong measures to impede malware from entering or damaging your computers.
Do you support desktop applications such as WORD, EXCEL, accounting, etc.?
We install Microsoft Office and third party applications as part of our comprehensive service policy. We offer training in Microsoft Office products. For other desktop and server based applications we work with that vendor’s support, on your behalf, to get the application up and running quickly.
Do you help in interfacing with Internet, email and other providers?
Yes. We will help, on your behalf, with all phases, planning, installing and operating.
Do you charge for travel time?

We offer web hosting and email hosting as part of our extended service to customers. We also offer web design and programming.
Do you provide hardware and software?
Yes. We have partnerships with several manufacturers of hardware and software. By doing this our technicians have access to current training and factory support. You get better support as a result. If you prefer to buy equipment elsewhere we’ll still provide you with excellent support.
